Information about your stay

Starting at 2:00 p.m. – you can drop off your luggage and park your car earlier.

No problem! You can always make a deposit with us, even if the apartment isn't ready to move into yet!

Your login credentials will be sent to you, or you can scan the QR code posted in the apartment.

The ITRAMEN-EGG 123 bus stop is 50 meters from the chalet. Taxis can drive to the house via Waergistalstrasse.

Parking is available next to the house when there is no snow. If there is snow on the ground, we recommend that our guests use a different parking lot, which we will show you when you arrive. Winter tires are required in winter conditions!

We heat the house with wood we cut ourselves from the Grindelwald Forest; the fan is located behind the wood-burning stove and hums when the fire is lit. The radiators in the apartment are adjustable. There is also a wood-burning stove that our guests are welcome to use at any time. Firewood is provided free of charge.

Instructions are in the kitchen drawer, but if you have any questions, please contact Marianne or Lorenz.

The TV comes with 2 remote controls: one for the TV and one for the satellite box.
The TV must be set to HD1. If you have any problems, please contact Marianne!

We don't have any special rooms for bikes and skis, but we do have a covered area for them.

We appreciate it when our guests turn off the lights and the stovetops before leaving the house!

You can give the trash to Marianne or Lorenz. Aluminum, glass, paper, and cardboard can be sorted.

We have a garden—feel free to come pick some tea leaves or salad greens!
We also have some toys we’d love to show you!

Smoking is allowed outside the apartment. Ashtrays are provided.

In the event of damage, we hope you'll be honest—after all, things can always break!

The bus is included in the guest card! The bus stop is close to the house—very convenient!
The schedule is available online at www.sbb.ch- "Engelshaus" is our stop; the train station and Firstbahn are in the center; the church is the last stop on our bus route 123, after which it turns around and heads back.

There is a shelter available. Space is available upon request. You’re welcome to store your bikes and skis there alongside ours. You’re welcome to use our sleds and toboggans.
