Information about your stay

You can check in with us from 4 to 8 pm. If possible, please communicate the time in advance.

You can leave your luggage in the ski room on the day of arrival.

To the left of the house are the marked parking spaces (Chalet Burgstein P).

Scan the QR code on the white TV box next to the TV. You will be logged in automatically. If the automatic login does not work, you will find the password below the QR code. The wifi is free for our guests.

We have a fully automatic heating system with night setback (the room temperature is lowered to 20 degrees Celsius during the night and raised again to 23 degrees Celsius at 5.00 a.m.). You can vary the room temperature on the radiators in the living room, bedroom and bathroom by turning the white dial on the radiator from 1 (low) to 5 (high). The maximum heating temperature is 25 degrees Celsius.

The instructions for household appliances are in the TV cabinet in the living room.

From 22:00 to 06:00, night-time rest applies. Agricultural or urgent work may deviate from the night's rest. We ask for your understanding. Please note that you are staying in a wooden chalet and there may be occasional noises / cracking. This is harmless.

You are welcome to receive visitors in your apartment. However, we ask you to refrain from parties or loud conversations, especially on the balcony. Please respect the night's rest.

On the first floor to the right of the house you will find the ski room / bike room. The ski boot heating is fully automatic and treats your ski boots / boots with the latest heating technology. The ski room is not locked and may be used by all guests. We do not accept any liability for theft or damage.

Please turn off the light, close the windows and switch off the hob.

Please dispose of glass, PET bottles (please only bottles) and cardboard in the bins provided. These are located on the top floor in front of the main entrance and on the first floor in front of the ski room. Please put residual waste in the black bag in the kitchen. You can obtain additional bin bags from your hosts. You may tip your organic waste / compost onto the dung bin to the left of the goat shed. Please do not put any animal waste (bones, meat, dog excrement) or banana peels in the compost. Please do not put any labels or plastic waste in the compost.

The use of the playground is permitted for children up to the age of 10. The equipment must be used with care. Loose toys (balls, baby pool, sandpit toys) must be put away after use. Dogs are not allowed in the fenced-in playground area. Helmets must not be worn. Parents are liable for their children. We do not accept any liability for accidents or injuries.

It is allowed to smoke on the balconies / terraces and outdoors. Smoking in the house / hallway or on the playground is prohibited. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray.

If you have caused any damage during your stay, please report this to your hosts immediately.

Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the Seilersbodenhof and Chalet Burgstein. Dogs / pets are welcome, but we are grateful if they do not stay on the sofas or beds. Dog waste bags are available on the top floor in the hallway or on the first floor by the seating area. Please always pick up the dog excrement and dispose of it in the public "Robbidog".

The burning of candles, incense sticks and fireworks is prohibited on the entire premises and in the apartments.

The Zaptec e-charging station is located to the left of the house. If you would like to charge your e-car, you will receive a personal batch from your hosts. Please let us know in good time. The costs will be charged according to the tariff.

Washing:

We do not offer a laundry service in our house. In emergencies, please contact your hosts.

Additional toweling:

As a rule, each guest receives 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per week. If you need more linen, you can get a fresh set of towels for a fee.

Until when do I have to check out?
Checkout is until 9.30 am. Later check-out is possible by prior arrangement.

Where do I have to report if I have checked out?

Please contact the hostess briefly by phone at check-out if we have not seen each other on departure. This way the cleaning team can work quickly.

Where do I leave the key?

Please leave the apartment key on the inside of the apartment door. Please place e-charging batches on the kitchen table.

Is there a late check-out?

On request it is possible to leave the apartment at 12.00 noon.

Please turn off the light, close the windows and switch off the hob.

Please put dirty laundry (towels/kitchen linen) on the floor in the bathroom.

Please do not remove the beds on departure.

You can put the black bag of household waste on the balcony or leave it in the kitchen. We will take care of the disposal.

Please put all furniture back where you found it on arrival.

Please wash dishes/pans clean and put away dry.

Please take leftover drinks, fridge contents and provisions with you.
